Made in 2002 or 2003 (not sure but I bought it new) It has a solid spruce top and mahogoney sides and back. Equipped with a fischman pickup and electronics. Has satin finish with the auditorum style body. This guitar came with a case.
Excellent guitar for the money. I cant put the thing down. It is a very basic model, but really all you need to sound great.

Sound : 10
This guitar has great sound. The tone cant be matched by anything ive played in its class, and I played many guitars when I was shopping for this one. For me, I think the sound of this guitar out ranked even the considerably more expensive Taylors.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Had to tweak the neck when I first bought it (it was a little bowed..actually very little bowed). This guitar was the floor model and most likely hanging in the store for a while. The action is perfect and the neck is staying perfect. Playes fantastic.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
I dont have it long enough to determine this.
Its a Martin so i dont expect to have any problems.
It looks like its built to last.

Customer Support : 10
I had a couple of technical quiestions about the guitar when I first bought it. I called Martin in Nazerth PA.
I have never has such good customer service. I was imediatly transfered to a guitar technician who answered all my questions with ease. Not once was I put on hold. They even told me if i ever needed to take it to the Martin factory they would have a tech look at it (i live about 75 mile or so from Nazereth).

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing 15 years, I also own an Ovation, a telecaster, and a couple of cheap acoustics. This is the favorite of my collection. I would definitly replace if stolen. My favorite feature is definitly the sweet Martin tone. I shopped and researched alot of guitars and believe it or not I had about 1200 to spend and still chose this one. I just would have liked to have a gloss finish. Even though the satin finish looks great, smells great, and sounds great, Im a little nervous about how its gonna hold up.

I am not sure what year Martin made this guitar, but it is most likely from the mid to late 1980s. It
was made in the good old USA in Penn. This model is no longer made, but I think that Martin should
continue it because the guitar is simply amazing. I found my 000CME
( 000 size Mahogany Cutaway Electric ) on Ebay of all places, and I feel that it was a Bargain used
at just under $600.00. The finish is satin on the guitar's body, but the neck's back has a gloss finish.
The guitar is equipped with a Fishman brand pickup, it works perfectly and sounds great. I have
been playing a D size Yamaha FG-470S for the last 5 years, and now the guitar I pick up to play
always the Martin. The Yamaha sounds and plays great, but the TONE that this Martin produces is
absolutely fantastic, great lows, mids, and high level response, this guitar does it all. For some reason
Martin players seem to focus on the D size models, but they are missing out on the Auditorium size's
portability. I can pick it up and play it comfortably on the sofa while watching tv, a D is just to darn
big. I would rate this guitar a 10+ in all respects except the finish, gloss would have been nice................

Sound : 10
The sound is just what you would expect from a Martin, GREAT!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Great flawless action, no buzzes in the frets, and a sweet sounding built in Fishman pickup.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I think this guitar will out last me!
