Sound : 10
Very nice woody sound plugged in or not,not too bass heavy not too bright, just right. It's new, so if it opens up like they say, it will be spectacular.Sound great strummed or fingerpicked. It will take some getting used to reaching in and adjusting the sound ,but I think once you get it set you will be able to forget it.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Perfect setup, easy to play ,no fret buzzing.Bookmatching is outstanding, there is kind of a swirly spot (burl in the wood)on the back and the same one in the exact same spot on the other half.I've looked and can find no flaws of any kind.Smells great (the sawn wood smell) I have quite a few guitars Martin D41,Taylor GA 25th anniversary,Alvarez FY91,Taylor T5 (which I will sell now) and my guitar buddy can't quit talking about this one.Everything top notch, even the case is cool with the black hinges and latches.

Reliability/Durability : 10
No issues to report, everything works exactly like it should.I'd gig without a back up.

Customer Support : 8
Don't know about warranty, I heard they are good but you will be without your guitar for a couple of months, helpful on the phone when ordering Martin humidifier etc.

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing off and on for 30 years,I would compare this very favorably to my Taylor K14ce, the Taylor sounds a bit better when played by itself ( more sparkly), but when the 000C is played with other guitarists I have to turn it down quite a bit so the other guitars can be heard (more penetrating kind of sound).I am overwhelmed to have been able to buy a guitar without playing it and have it turn out to be so good, but I had read the good reviews here so I had something to go on.The competition was a M42 David Bromberg and this was a $1000 bucks less ,but after seeing this I know I made the right choice.
