For finger picking it is beautifull, clear and full of tone. Strumming is like a dream, very loud but at the same time clear/bright and projected. Harmonics are a real treat with this guitar, they hold there harmonic clear and bright/tonefull over all the 12th 7th and 5th. This guitar would basically suit whatever style you play fingerpicking/strumming/slide/harmonics ect... , I hae no disslikes towards this guitar its great for anything and feels like a masterpeice

Fresh from the box, the guitar was setup great not to high not to low great for any style. I could talk about each part but there is no need , EVERYTHING on this guitar is visually stunning to the eye and upclose its not different, every join, glue, tuner, is perfectly sized and put toogether with much effort.
Reliability/Durability

My honsent opinion is that this guitar would be great for a live gig, it feels light weight but thats only due to the laminate back and sides, but who cares there made very tough and pack a punch way above its price range. strap button is sooo good it no ened for locks, i would depend on it for sure, this guitar is no beginners acoustic but far from it.

Ive been playing for about 2 years now, im just getting into this acoustic stuff, but over these 2 years ive tried atleast 80 different guitars at shops in the under $900 price range, and this hands down blows everything else out of the water and im not just saying that, This guitar is flawless, inside and out, sounda nd plays like a dream, not to mention is smells very nice aswell. But for the conclusion if your looking for a maton acoustic or anything in the under $900 price range you wont be dissapointed after trying the maton m225. Go For It!
