Sound is pretty balanced. I play country, rock, folk, blues, etc, fingerstyle & pick. Being an 00 body style, the mids are a bit stronger that the lows, but not by much. The deeper body style(4.5 inches) might contribute to this. This guitar suits all of my styles.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Action is low and fast, great for finger style, but also acceptable for picking. The top is bookmatched, the bridge is flawless. I have looked at this guitar from every angle, both inside and out, and I truely can't find anything to bitch about. The frets are perfect, the finish
is even and with no imperfections. Braces are smooth, and there is no glue showing inside.

I don't play live, but of the more than a dozen guitars that I've owned over the years, this one seems to have struck a balance between tone and solid construction.

I've been playing for over 30 yrs. I've got a Alvarez dread, Walden G 570, and an Epiphone Dot Studio. I've owned Taylors, Martins, Dean, Ovation, Harmony, Fender, Mitchell, and Washburn.
I played Guilds, Alvarez, Breedlove, and Martin before buying this online. For the price paid, it delivers fantastic sound. I really love the V neck.
