This is an accoustic-electric model. It has A Fishman pickup with a 3 band EQ and a chromatic tuner. It has a solid spruce top and a solid Indian Rosewood back and sides. The neck is mahogony. It has a bone nut and saddle. The inlay is herringbone. It has a single cutaway body.
Sound

It has a full bodied, accoustic sound. I do not use the Fishman system very often. I prefer to mike the guitar. I use the guitar for finger style blues, some jazz and classic 60's rock (Beatles)
Action, Fit, & Finish

For a Korea made guitar this is extremely well made. The finish is good, it has nice fret work and the heck pocket is tight. The store that I bought it from set the guitar up before shipping. It has low action and plays easily.
Reliability/Durability

The guitar is a great utilitarian guitar. I could not afford a Martin with the same features. I shopped around, and I like this better than similar priced guitars made by Washburn, Ibanez, etc.
