Satin finish, solid top spruce, rosewood neck, Folk style with a DEEP cutawayy allowing access to ALL of the frets, unsure of the tuners, Was made in Quebec, LR Baggs Micro EQ pickup, (the only reason i did not give this guitar a 10 here was thatthere was a small ding behind the bridge, pointed it out and was given a deal...this guitar was already a deal since Norman made a small mistake on the top, there is a small fleck, possible a burn the size of the head of a pin....Had to be pointed out to me it was that small!)

Wow....the sound out of this guitar is astounding. Bright with deep but not overbearing lows, EXCELLENT midrange. THe LR Baggs pickup does a fantastic job of sending the sound to my acoustic amp. There is only a Treble and a Bass eq, but since the guitar is made to produce more mids, its not a bid deal to be missing it!
Action, Fit, & Finish

The action was perfectly setup from the factory, low-medium with no fret buz ANYWHERE on the neck (all the way up too!). All of the finish on this guitar is very tight. The flaws were pointed out in the first section.
Reliability/Durability

I will definately play this guitar live without a backup, it has a good solid feel although i am a bit paranoid about dinging the top...I will be putting a pickguard on it too to protect it...All of the tuners and electronics seem incredibly reliable and have a very solid feel.

Lifetime warranty...had a friend with a truss rod problem with a Norman and they replaced it no cost. Personally havent had to deal with them yet

I have been playing guitar for over 15 years, many Fenders and Gibsons. Compared this guitar to Takamine's, Yamahas, Ovations (the roud backs would really p--- me off if i had one!) and even a low end Martin that was only 150 more, this guitar sounded better than that martin and the other ones that i tried. Norman give you lots of quality at a low cost! If this guitar were stolen or lost i would definately buy another!
