At such a price, a good full solid wood body is simply hard to find.
The quality:ratio is way too good.
The fishman prefix is undoubtly good.

I was really surprised with the sound of this guitar. I was looking for a good guitar under $1000 that I wouldn't mind taking to bars about 4 times a month. Acoustically it is a great sounding guitar, but it is even better plugged in. Doing a side by side with mor exepnsive guitars, this guita won based on it's plugged in sound.
I will point out this guitar eats strings. When I put on a new set, I'm reminded how fantastic it sounds, but it isn't long before the strings lose their brilliance and the tone (to me) drops off. With new strings, it is a 10.

Great playing guitar. It play effortlessly, but not because the strings are too low. Set up was great from the start. I have had to adjust the truss rod now and then do to humidity changes in the spring. But, it adjust easy and settles in nicely.

I was really impresseed with this guitar. I was intending to get a gigging workhorse, but wound up getting a guitar that I live to pick up just to feel/hear it. I still prefer the sound of my Taylor, but as a step up guitar (solid woods) it really is a great guitar. If you are considering the laminate Taylors, the Epiphopne Master series or any of the step up solid wood guitars, you should try one of these as well.

I bought this guitar new at Guitar Center, after it was recommended to me by a professional musician. He had bought one for himself a few months before we talked. I wanted a nice acoustic/electric for general purpose playing, as I usually play electrics. For the price, it's very difficult to get the quality of guitar you get for the money with Parkwoods. This guitar is solid wood - no laminates anywhere. It has a solid Sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, bound mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard and bridge. It also comes with synthetic (Tusq) bone nut and saddle and Grover tuners. The neck is joined by a dovetail joint, increasing rigidity and therefore sustain and volume. Also included is a Fishman Premium Mixer/Tuner with a pickup and microphone system, ability to blend the two, notch filter to control feedback, equalization, and digital tuner. The finish is a satin looking open-pore design, for maximum breathability of the wood.

My 360M has a bright and yet warm tone which has gotten better with age, like any really good solid wood guitar does. (It's now 2 1/2 years old.) The sound plugged in is better than expected, with lots of control over eliminating feedback and ability to blend the onboard pickup and microphone to get the intended effect and tone. The bass volume is great for a guitar of this price range, but not as good as, say a dreadnaught at 3 times the price of this, so you get what you pay for. But for me it's more than adequate.

The guitar as received was flawless, no need for any setup, and I've never touched a thing, other than replacing the saddle pins with artificial bone ones to match the nut and saddle material.

The guitar has had no problems except for the Fishman mixer/tuner going crazy after about a year. See next category for the rest of that story.

The Parkwoods have a limited lifetime warranty. When I called about my Fishman pre-amp going bad after 2 years, after I was walked through a few questions to determine it was really shot, Parkwood sent me a new replacement pre-amp (and would have replaced it for me had I wanted to send the guitar to them) with no questions asked! Now that's service!

I find it hard to believe there's another acoustic/electric guitar out there for the price with better tone and quality. You have to pay 3 to 4 times what you will for a 360M to get equal quality. And that's why I own one. I obvioiusly would highly recommend them.
