This acustic guitar has a 4BANDE.Q pickups, with a equelizers. So it plays on the road and on stage! This Model is made in America, I bought it brand new in 2000. It has twenty frets on top of a rose wood finger board. The body is made of rose wood, and the neck is made of ebony. It has a rather thin neck. This model is completely rose red with a ivory linning. The finger board has diamond shaped pearl markings. It also has Chrome machine heads. Around the sound hole is a thin linning of Mahogany.

One of the main reasons I bought this guitar was the sound. I play a lot of folk and 60's style music. And it sounds just like one of Bob Dylans, guitar, both with and without a amplifier. Although I must say I could not use this guitar for much of the blues I tend to play. And it could not be used for heavy metal. So for what I play this guitar is great!
Action, Fit, & Finish

My only complant is the action. It plays great for a acustic but I have played softer guitars. I still can make all the chords I use, but sometimes it getts difficult. But like I said For a acustic it plays great.
Reliability/Durability

One thing I know all Samicks for is their reliability. I have played this guitar for a crowd and I take it to my Boy Scout events and campouts. This guitar is very durable. I figure if a guitar can survive one campout with the Boy Scouts its gonna last.
Customer Support

I love this guitar and would not trade it for anything. I have three guitars and when ever I play for people this guitar is my first choice. I will never find another guitar like this one. If I could have any guitar in the World it might not be this one, But now that I have found it I will never let it go.
