20 fret, 3/4 size acoustic guitar. Looking at it right now, I'd say the body wood is mahogany 'cause it has such a walnut type of grain look to it. Dark wood tone look. Stock tuners, kinda chintzy but could upgrade if one wanted to. It holds it's tuning well now, though. Basic acoustic guitar bridge setup. I use a heavier gauge setup and tune down to drop C. I like the tone it gives....resonates well.

Good resonation. I play blues and folk on the C tuning w/ this one. Pretty full sound overall, for a 3/4 guitar. I play some slide on this too for fun. It's ok....

I bought it at a pawn shop locally. Set up was done at store; they have a service dept. and do good work. So, no problems. Playable, decent action. Keeps in tune as well as can be expected. It's not a Martin.....

For someone playing coffee house gigs, this might do. Really, it's for practice, campfire playing, etc....not really a gigable type of instrument. But who's to say? Get a good acoustic pickup and it might work for some.....

I know Samick makes copy electrics and basses, and acoustics too. But I don't need to contact them on support for this. For the money I spent, I'm not worried about it....if it falls apart, I'm not out much...

I own and have reviewed Electrics and Basses here @ H.C. I just wanted an acoustic, this one fits me as I am horizontally challenged! Good fit for a little guy like myself; most of my electrics are around 3/4 size as well. If you share the same problem, pick one of these up if you should find one.
