Seagull Case (Tempature Regulated Instrument Case) Very Nice and lite with great protection...

The sound is fantastic. When playing with others acoustically,it was heard above the other guitars very clear tones... nothing muddy about it! It is an acoustic guitar first, however, when plugged in the Godin QII makes it come alive... still with the ability and quality to cut through the mix... However, I give it a 9 because i need to have the fret ends rounded.
Action, Fit, & Finish

I did have it set up by my local luthier, however, it wasn't do to any problems, it's just I'm very anal about feel and tone...
Reliability/Durability

In my research I discovered the fine quality of these instruments... as a consequence, I feel the quality of it will only improve with time. The one issue I had that I emailed Seagull about was quickley responded to. It concerned the internal microphone direction and placement.

Not sure about the warranty... I confess I haven't read all the material that came with the guitar. I only read through the care section of the booklet.

I've been playing for over 40 years... MMmmm.. when did the beatles come out? You get the picture. I started out as an acoustic player and ended up electric for 30 years... Oh man what a change in acoustic instruments. I could never afford a nice acoustic 40 years ago... and now because of Robert Godin's interest in getting affordable, quality instruments into the hands of guitar players we have this beautiful line of Seagull solid wood guitars! My style I call "Funky-Cowboy-Blues" and this Maritime Mini Jumbo fits the bill both plugged and un-plugged. In fact, it's about to convince me to make acoustic my forte... Buy one, they're a great deal!
