Increadible sound. When I bought this guitar, I had tried more expensive guitars ( some in the thousands of dollars). Had a chance to compare side by side. For the money this is better.

2007 model made in Canada. High gloss beautiful solid cedar top. Cherry wood back and sides. Cutaway body to reach lower frets. Maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Quantium II electronics. Case included. Check out Seagull's site for more information and details. Musicians friend is selling the same guitar for $700.00. Make sure you shop around for a better price.

Oh my! I can't believe the sound I can get from this guitar. Plugged in or not this guitar sounds great. It sustains forever. Notes are clear and defined. Rich/full sounds. Nice bass but not too boomy. I've owned a few acoustics but this is by far the nicest one.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Great set-up right out of the case. Action is right on. Finish on top and sides and back are perfect. No flaws that I can find. The cherry wood is very nice.

I have been playing a very long time and have owned a lot of guitars. I've had expensive Taylors to cheap Epiphones but this guitar is outstanding. For a $500.00 guitar the sounds and clear notes that come from this guitar are amazing. You need to check Seagull guitars out. This one is a keeper for me.
