Came with a decent case, nothing else. Is your basic standard dreadnought style in every way.

Sound : 6
Good rich sound considering it was bought as a learning guitar. Equally good for strumming or picking, not something I can say about every guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
This guitar spent 28 years fully strung in the attic between when I stopped playing and started again. During that time, the neck bowed a tad, but a $30 setup cured that. Playability is now fine.
Finish is great, no blemishes at all. Still looks good.

Reliability/Durability : 8
This guitar is amazingly robust. After 28 years fully strung in an attic I took it out, tuned it, and could play it. The strings were rusty but the guitar was fine. A setup made it better of course.
It stays in tune and is not at all sensitive to hard playing. You can absolutely depend on it.
The rear strap button is loose, I need to glue it. That is the only thing.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 7
For a learner, bought by a parent looking to save money, it is very good. Now 35 years after I first got it, I play it daily and it's fine.
I use it for bluegrass mostly and will happily play it at gigs as the occasion arises.
Overall I'd say it's really solidly built. It's no Martin, but I lucked out when they got it for me.

I bought this guitar off an old man in about 1984. He gave me a little demonstration and I was hooked. It was my first guitar and I still have it. Standard looking acoustic, blonde face with a black pick guard, adjustable bridge. I guess I would have to say its a copy of a Gibson. Tuning pegs look ancient so I assume this guitar was manufactured in the 60's. Plays wonderfully and stays in tune. I paid 65.00 in 1984 so I feel I have gotten more than my money's worth.
