To my undertanding this guitar was manufactured mid 1980s. I am not an expert on wood finishes so I am unable to comment. The guitar is in beautiful one owner condition with HSC. Made in East Germany. Very professional craftsmanship.

I would say that Segovia would enjoy this guitar. I saw Segovia live in the mid 1980s..WOW!

I have been playing guitar since I was 10, i'm now 56. I own a 1976 Nashville acoustic, excellent guitar. Also a Schecter Black Diamond, great guitar for the money. Also a GTX Kaman Les Paul, excellent guitar.
No questions prior to my owning this guitar which I purchased from the original owner.
If it were stolen I would definately try to find the exact same guitar, but these are very rare.
I love everything about this guitar, no hates. My favorite feature is the craftsmanship which equals excellent playability.
I compared this to a Yamaha classical F75 who incidentally I bought from the same owner, I prefer the Silvetta.
Guitar has everything, no need to add anything.
Excellent guitar.
