Sound : 6
Sound is a bright, even a bit tinny.
This is do to the strings just hitting the frets.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 3
Action is LOW. Out of the box, it had fret buzz when strumed open i.e. no fingers on the fret board. There is an wrench included, but no instructions... I found on line several articles about how to adjust the truss rod. I have adjusted it all the way out and still get fret buzz, now just at fret 11-12.

Reliability/Durability : 5
It does not hold tune very well, I have had to reune it every day for the last 5 weeks. So I would say it is not good for a live performance.

All else seems to be great

Customer Support : 5
Purchased from Costco.
Returned first one to Costco, because I could not get rid of the fret buzz at all.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
I have been playing about 10 years now. I also have a Martin, Yamaha, and a Hofner.

Would be good for live performance.

Incredible value.... plays as good as my expensive Ovations but with the traditional Dreadnought sound... Purchased quality hardshell case, as I want to ensure that the guitar is around for a long time.
Feel very fortunate to have stumbled across it in Costco

Customer Support : 9
Purchased from Costco.
Would return there if issues arose (doubtful event).

Overall Rating : 10
playing 15 years.
Own Ovations, Yamahas
If lost it would be hard to replace as looks like a limited run sold to Costco. No web search info available.
