American made solid wood face, sides, back, and Maple neck. Make a solid full sound! And the Satin finish not only looks good but also will expedite the aging of the guitar. And with a 9 volt battery the acoustic guitar produces a decent electronic sound.

The sound is just amazing! I have played many guitars in my day and this is the best and most beautiful sound of the bunch. The best sound you can get for the price.

The satin finish will make this piece sound like a vintage guitar in a fraction of the time. I see no flaws in the craftsmanship, a great example of a ?Made in USA? product. And the adjustable neck bend is great if you move from a humid climate to a dry climate, and you find the strings are slacked or to close to the frets (just a helpfully tool).

It has lasted my playing! I have no reason to believe this guitar cannot withstand live playing? The strap buttons are solid, and the rear button is also the electronic output for an extra security messure.

As a fingerstyle player my favorite feature of this guitar is the slightly wider neck. I always felt so cramped on other steel string guitars with a nut width of 1 11/16". The C1C has a nut width of 1 3/4". Also the string spacing at the bridge is 2 3/16" as opposed to the 2 1/8" on most steel strings. It is amazing the difference that 1/16" makes. Also the contour of the neck is extremely comfortable, very thin. Other noteworthy features include: medium jumbo frets, bolt on neck, solid mohagany back, solid cedar top, tone shaped pinless bridge, graphtech nut and saddle, and don't forget the Elixir strings.

Simply amazing is the only way to describe it. Very responsive, perfect for fingerstyle playing. I was taken back by the volume and the full bass. The bass was much more rich and fuller sounding than many jumbos. This is a small bodied guitar, a little more than 15" at the lower bout and only 3.5" deep. How they get that much bass and volume from such a small soundbox is beyond me, I'm just glad they did. The bass and responsiveness remind me of a fine classical guitar but with the steel string sound.

The action was perfect from the factory. Fit and finish rivals guitars costing twice as much. I very much like the satin finish.

Very solid, I see no reason why this guitar would not last a lifetime. The satin finish seems a little thin and is my only durability concern.

I also currently own a Yamaha classical guitar and a Takaminie steel string. I have owned an Alvarez-Yari and an Ovation Elite. None compare to the Tacoma. I will definitely be watching this new company. I searched a long time for a steel string fingerstyle guitar. I never dreamed something that plays this well and sounds this good could be had in this price range.
