Purchased in early 80's. This is a solid top, mahogany laminate back/sides (i think), 12 string acoustic. Its called the "Stage Edition" because it came with "electronics" and a nice, faux leather HSC.
Sound

Sound is so-so. It doesn't sound like a Guild, but then again, I paid $150 for it. Not too bad with Martin Silk&Steel strings, gauge 0.011-0.047.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:

I've kept it tuned down to D its whole life, so action has always been a plus.
Reliability/Durability

I've never had any problem ever with this guitar, except once the 1/4" jack "nut" (on the outside of the guitar") fell off, and I had to put it back on.
