Features : 9
Solid spruce top. Laminated mahogany body. Piezo and fishman active electronics. Small frets; nice neck; quality construction.

Sound : 8
This guitar sounds pretty good; but it is not a 10. Unplugges I would give it a 7. Plugged in it sounds better and the sound is even on every string (probably a 9).
Acoustically, the sound is nice across all strings and fairly loud. But, that nice deep bass is just not there.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Factory setting was not too good. However, truss rod adjustment did the trick and now the action is quite good. Top, bridge, saddle and nut are all good. Nice medium wide neck with beautiful finger board. Excellent construction. I could find no flaws.

Reliability/Durability : 9
Great for live playing through amp/sound system. Can't say if guitar will hold up, but it appears to be very solid.
Great finish. Nice expensive look.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No idea.

Overall Rating : 9
Very nice guitar. I would probably recommend a higher model in the Walden line. If their cheap one is this nice; I'd love to see and play one of the 700 series models (look for Rosewood back & sides for deeper tone).
For the price -- an outstanding guitar.

Excellent Sound. Could not find ANY acoustic by ANY other manufacture under $500.00 that sounds this good.

I will be adding a strap button. Overall I don't see any problems or issues with this insturment and consider it to be a great deal. Very solid.

Customer Support : 10
Never dealt with them. Great service by Emerald City Guitars in Seattle where I bought it, which is who I am giving the "10" to.

Overall Rating : 10
Very happy with this purchase. Played several other acoustics by Fender, Gibson, Washburn, Ibanez and others at $500.00 and under. This was a stand out when it comes to tone and action. Very satisfied. Quality woods in all parts of the guitar, visit the Walden web site for specs.
