Fantastic sounding guitar. Good price
Dreadnought body, rosewood back and sides with spruce top. Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard.
Great quality woods and sound.
Comes with piezo pickup and fishman classic 4 EQ.

The sound of this guitar is very rich and deep. I usually don't need to plug it in to an amp very often but the pickup and EQ sound good. Overall a very very good sound for the price. More than worth getting even if you have set your sights on a more expensive brand. This guitar says a lot for the increasing quality and value of some asian made guitars and where it comes from shouldn't put you off. Walden make some superb guitars and easily come very close to expensive US and UK brands. Highly recomended.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The quitar was well set up and after a tune-up was ready to play. The pegs in the bridge were a bit brittle and i had one snap while changing strings once.. not too much trouble as i had them replaced with rosewood ones which look better.
The frets are well made and there is minimal buzzing and the intonation seems to be fine.
Overall build quality is good...

I have dented this guitar several times, some times badly and it holds up well. it makes a good all round gig guitar.
All the electrics are holding up well and haven't had any issues.
Doesn't come with strap buttons.

I also own a twelve string walden and i can vouch for the brand. They make great sounding, well built guitars. If it was stolen i would probably get another due to the low price. Easily compares to more expensive brands...
