This guitar is a hard one to review for sound I would give it a 7 to 8 for sound for a laminate model. this guitar was built in korea in 1995 so it has had plenty of time for the spruce top to age. It has good projection and distict notes not blurey a little tight in the bass and a little treblely and a touch twany. I just played a Morgan Monroe m20 and in my opinion this d12s was better sounding
Action, Fit, & Finish

This guitar has a very nice neck with a 1 3/4 in nut which is nice for fingering. The finish is very high quality. Nice looking classic lines in a dreadnought
