I purchased mine used about 2 years ago for $90.00 including the case. From the research I have done, this nylon stringed, classical appears to be made in Japan in the late 1970's. Laminated spruce top, laminated rosewood sides, fret board and back with a nice gloss finish.

I use heavy gauge strings and the sound is decent.

I see no evidence of a setup being done but it is very playable, as is.

For a cheap guitar, this one sounds better than some solid tops I have played. Once new strings have stretched for a few days it stays in tune very well. I had a little trouble with one of the tuners being hard to turn. A little graphite on the tuners and nut cured it. I have knocked, banged and abused it and it is still a reliable beater. If you are on a budget check these out.

I have some high end guitars but still enjoy playing this little classical. I would definitely buy another if was lost or stolen.
Oh, by the way, mine is not for sale.
