I play finger-style and often open-tune. This guitar is a DELIGHT to play due to the work done by Denny Zager. I have played an identical model guitar that was not modified and it was so different. This has excellent intonation, resonance and sustain.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Imaculate. no flaws that I could see. Did a have a bit of a struggle getting one of the pegs out at my first string change bit that was all.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I play it at open mics. Sounds great through a mic of using a small pickup I have.
reliable, hardware nice easy gearing on the machine heads.

Customer Support : 10
This is almost the best part. I feel like they are my personal guitar consultant and having your own private luthier gives one instant 'rock star' status. I have called them to discuss strings, emailed to get advice on adjustments and recently when I wnated some work done they turned it around in 24 hours with the a professional resposiveness that you would be hard pressed to find from anyone in the industry.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing on and off for some 40 years. When I bought it I looked for something in this price range that sounded good and found I would have to pay a whole lot more to notice much improvement - I played about 6 guitars before buying this one. They 100% return policy made me feel confident and the remarks from users where remarkable. Its not an expensive guitar, but it is such good value and above all they treat you like you spend $5000 with them NOT just at the sale but years later.
