Zager EZ-Play Zager ZAD-50CE Acoustic/Electric Black

When I first recieved my Zager I found it to be a well built solid acoustic that was rather impressive. The onboard electic tuner is great and easy to use, the finish is absolutely beautiful, and the fit and design is all around comfortable. I enjoy playing it daily. While I really have no issues or qualms about recommending this or any Zager guitar to anyone I gave it a 8 out of 10 simply because I'm sure without concern for cost there are as good or perhaps even better guitars out there. For quality and value the Zager-50CE cannot be beet in my opinion though.

The guitar sounds fantastic and stays in tune well. It has a very defined rich sound that make playing it all the more enjoyable. In my experience its on par and in many cases better than many of the far more expensive acoustics. Again value vs. quality it cannot be beat IMO.

You can tell alot of thought and care went into designing and building the guitar. It arrived in tune and ready to play right out of the case and was packed well for shipment to me.

I've played my Zager nearly everyday for the past couple years and it's been reliable from day one. Normal scuffs from aggresive playing here and there but the finish has held up fantastic and based on such will hold up for as long as I play it. I just now replacing the saddle and thats because I broke it on accident.

By far the best part of dealing with Zager in my opinion has been the customer service. Everytime I email them I seem to get a response back in minutes! I would be happy with a 24 to 48 hour response but literally it's been minutes for me. Parts... haven't needed any until just recently (I broke my saddle). Ordered this morning and they already emailed back saying they will send them out right away.

I would buy another in a heartbeat and recommend the guitars as well as thier lessons to anyone be it a beginner or more experienced player. I really cannot say enough about the guitar and the company and have no complaints whatsoever. It's been a great purchase and I love to play it.

this great guitar has the patented Zager EZ-play system. Wow the way it is set up has increased my learning speed in a lot of ways. the finish seems great though i don't have much experance in this area. if you order the case it comes with a humidity reader!

i really like the sound that it makes. its great all around. the bass and mid are full sounding and has a great resonance. the highs are bright and clear. i have not tried the pick-up yet so i can only speek for it in its natural state (i need to get an amp)

the guitar was set up with the EZ-play set up, thus its action was great! hand filed nut & saddle and hand filed frets, you just can't beat that.

I am not really experanced in this area. it all seems great but i am not fully sure. it feels solid.

i haven't used this area very much but i asked a question and and i got a compleat anwser right away.

i have just begun my guitar playing but i am an experanced musician. the Zager was just what i needed, high quality sound and almost effortless playablity. if it were stolen i would definitly get the same guitar, in the last year of trying out guitars and seeing what i liked, the Zager has out performed all of them and the only ones close to it were 3-4 times the price. its great!
