My Guitar was an acoustic ZAD-80. I love the rosewood back and sides with a triple wood inlay on the back. All the tuners work really well and are gold plated. It has a dreadnought body style and a rosewood fret board.

Sound : 10
I play all different styles of music. Mainly soul and country. It has a nice rich full tone. It's an acoustic and that's all I use it as. I really like the ease of playing it. Yes you might be able to set a guitar up yourself and make it really good, but in my opinion why not just get a guitar that's already set up well.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
nothing was wrong with my guitar when I got it. It was a little flat tuning wise, but that's to be expected on a warm day.

Reliability/Durability : 10
A friend of mine has had his ZAD-80ce for two or three years, and it looks as good as mine and still plays really well. All tuners are still in great condition. The finish is still in good condition also.

Customer Support : 10
I love the company. No bad things to report. they've answered me promptly and worked everything out. No, I haven't needed to repair anything.

Overall Rating : 10
The only thing I wish I had, was one more of these guitars before they skyrocket on the market. I'm only 18 and have been playing since I was five and this is the best guitar by far I've played.

My ZAD80 has a full mother of perl inlay around the top, sound hole and neck fret markers. The neck is custom made by Martin for Zager. Denny Zager does a complete and very professional setup which makes this guitar a easy to play. Mine came with a Zager hardshell case which came with a digital temperature and humidity sensor. It fits beautifully.

Sound : 10
I love the way that my Zager sounds. I used to have a Taylor 910, and truly am just as pleased if not more with my Zager. It has a mellow yet bright alive sound. I have compared this with so many others, have my Zager always comes up at the top.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Denny Zager sets the action so that is very easy to play. Mine has no flaws that I can see or hear. It is so attractive that I have it next to my fireplace (when it's not on) to show it off. The finish is really nice, especially with my cedar top.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I play this guitar alot, and it is always in tune. It holds up very well, and is very reliable.

Customer Support : 10
This is where they excell. I have never had such incredible support from any purchase I have ever made. I wish all companies, not just guitar, could be as top notch as these guys. They call, or email back very quickly with answers whenever I need them. I would give this an 11 if I could. 100% gaurantee is as good as it gets, and they really mean it.

Overall Rating : 10
I have had 5-6 guitars over the years, Martin, Taylor, etc...but this guitar holds it own with all of them. It sounds great, and looks great, and customer support is awesome. I really recommend this to anybody. Ease of play is simply the best.
