This is a Chinese, natural finish, acoustic flatop. Of course, like many Chinese products, it offers very high quality at a modest price. I don't feel like listing 20 details.
Sound

I don't have much to compare it to besides my Gibson J-50. I think the sound is pretty bright, not as much bass, although the Gibson is 36 years old.
Action, Fit, & Finish

This is a Zager-modified EZ Play with reconfigured bridge and nut. In addition, I think the frets have been filed. The action is just superb and incredibly easy to play in comparison to the Gibson or my old Martin 00-18. I just can't find any flaws in the manufacture. It'd really good.

No experience with warranty but the guitar was fully guaranteed. I have a customer service background and can usually pick holes in the service I get nowadays but these guys were flawless! Ordered Monday and received Tuesday.

The only thing missing is the presteige of a nice Martin, etc. I think it must compare to a $1500-2000 machine.
