My main bass right now is a Manne Acoustibass 5 fretless, with a high C string instead of the low B. My backup/studio bass is a custom P bass I built a few years ago with a '75 jbass neck, EMG pickups, and an aguilar preamp. I play through a mid 90's Trace Elliot V-type all tube preamp, into a Carvin DCM 1500 power amp. All I can say about this cab is that it completely and accurately reproduces the sound of your bass. If you have a great bass and a great amp, the possibilities are endless. However, if you aren't happy with the way your bass sounds and you're looking to hide behind the coloration of your amp and cab....you should maybe look into another cab.

I have been playing both classical upright and bass guitar for nearly 10 years. I have gone from Hartke, to Gallien Krueger, to Epifani, and now to Accugroove. I was very impressed with the sound of my Epifani UL-310, but after making the move to NYC, I found it was just too large for most of the clubs I was playing. So, I sold it and came across the Accugroove Tri110L before I had time to purchase a smaller Epifani! If it were stolen or lost, I would possibly replace it, but they are rather expensive. I would still love to audition the Epifani UL-112 cab, but for a 10 cab, the Tri110L is AWESOME!
