I have used it at home, in a recording studio and for gigging and it is everything I've been seeking tonally, for as long as I have been playing (which is sneaking up on 20 years). The voicing flexibility allows any style to be accommodated and the external speaker capability is the icing on the cake.
I run a Mexican Fender fret-less Jazz Bass and a Precision Bass with 62 Fender Custom Shop pickups through it and this amp easily works for everything from Merle Haggard to Motorhead.

It was time to purchase a new bass amp and I was seriously set on a Fender Rumble 210. However, when I started to shop around a little more I found the Acoustic B100 I decided for price and features it was simply a better deal. It can easily power an extension cabinet and is wired to add an 8or 4 ohm load as it will automatically run parallel. Thank heaven that Acoustic is back in action. For the price tag, this amplifier simply cannot be beat.For the under $300.00 category you will not be disappointed by this amp.I have spent twice as much on a bass amp and not had nearly the value and versatility as this one.
