I love how subtle this amp looks absolutely gorgeous design. The Acoustic B20 has enough features to be versatile as a practice amp, and I absolutely love the simplicity but could definately use a line out. The two inputs is a nice touch if you use more than one bass also. This amp has a nice array of voicings from the 4-band to let you dial in desired tone. The 1/8" input media jack is a decent feature for playing along to your favorite tunes. If you need to get to the speaker, the grill is velcroy...so yeah. There is also a headphone jack if you want to have a hearing aid when your 30. But the best feature is the 12" speaker.

Sound Quality : 7
The cabinet depth is great for full tone with the 12" speaker. The eq is very responsive and shapes sounds very well. I play a precision bass with dimarzios and round wound ernie ball strings and play mostly RnB, Soul, Rock, and Jazz with it and I can get a great funk sound with the top end and the bottom end gets good tones for RnB and soul but tends to fart out on higher volumes (7-10) which wouldn't be good with 5 string players. It makes acoustic jamming truely a delight but may not be the ticket to leave the house except for coffee shop gigs in which you should mic it through a PA after dialing in desired tone. One thing, the speaker bracing for the amp rattles and it's definately internal noise that's a huge turnoff.

Reliability : No Opinion
I haven't had the amp long enough to know.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them, but they don't have a website which is wacky.

Overall Rating : 9
I have been playing for almost 8 years and have had a ton of different bass amps. My live rig is an ampeg svt-3 head with a 112 and 115 cab. My last practice amp was a Hartke B20 and it sounded like a dog regurgitating day old ****. So this amp blows it out of the water. I love the way it looks and like the way it sounds. If it were lost I'd buy another one in two years when they fix the speaker rattle. For 120 bucks I couldn't go wrong
