2005 model I think.
Sounds superb. Simple 1 x 15" cab ported along bottom front, with adjustable tweeter -same tweeter as in the other GS models. 400w 8 ohms. I got this to be a mate for my GS112 & together they sound AWESOME!!!! Tho they BOTH soung good separately too. The 15" sounds SO much bigger tho- & it IS bigger. Quite a big 1x15" cab!

Use with Fender Jazz, EB MM Stingray 5 playing everything from Jazz thru to modern RnB, old school funk & soul, blues, rock etc...
Sounds GREAT at all of em so far. So far I've only powered it with my Mark Bass LMII - sounds awesome. But will update this later after trying with my AMPEG V4BH & SVT2 All tube babies!

Been gigging for 30 yrs. I'm 44 y.o. Love the deep rich sound of cab. Also the nice smooth top end from tweeter- which I use from time to time-usually at funk/soul gigs. other times I have it turned OFF! Sounds sweet either way. Handles Overdrive well too so far!

This is a 8-ohm, 400 watt, 1x15 with tweeter, port, and cross over.
Box is made from 7-ply Phillipino Mahagony. It's covered in black carpet and has plastic interlocking corners. It has removeable casters, as well.
The driver is a cast Eminence 15" driver. I'm not sure on the tweeter, and the ports are simple openings in the back of bottom of the cab, ported to the front.
The Cab has a high-filter, 2-1/4" input/outputs, and a Speak-On Jack.

I play either a Lakland Skyline 55-01 (unmodified, as of yet) or a Ibanez GSR-100 with Bartolini P-bass Humbuckers (Deep tone) and 2-band Active EQ.
Bass --> Akai Unibass --> Dunlop 105Q --> Ampeg SVT-3PRO input --> Aguilar GS115
SVT Effects Send --> BOSS TU-2 --> BOSS ODB-3 Bass OD --> BOSS CEB-3 Bass Chorus --> PH-3 Phase Shifter --> BOSS GEB-7 Bass EQ --> Morely PVO Volume --> Effects Return
This cab rocks. I looked at Mesa Boogie, SWR, Ampeg, and Eden, and really liked what I was getting for the price I paid.
I get earth-shaking lows, and still have clear, pristine highs for string pops and slaps. The driver/tweeter does a great job of reproducing my sounf without distorting at all.
The box is SOLID, with Void-free, mahogany plywood, so I don't get rattles when I hit the low B. The room shakes, but the cab stays in one piece.

Never worked with them. Their homepage is pretty good.
Bought it from Gelb Music in Redwood city, CA. Best customer support in the bay area!!

Great Cab, that I look forward to gigging with for years to come. If you can find one, get it. This IS the best sounding 15 on the market, at this price.

This cab sounds awesome as a stand alone or biamped with the 2x10 I wrote a review about. I own a GK800rb head...and use both cabs biamped. As a stand alone I can still get a lot of punch out of the cab using the tweeter for more clarity.

This cab sounds awesome bi-amped and as a stand alone. It has plenty of power and nice clear tone. If it were stolen I'd buy one again in a second.
