Ampeg 810 Cabinet

Generally this cab goes great with any setup.

Big. Loud. High Quality.

I've only had one problem with it and it's those cheap Ampeg casters, my rig is just over a year old and it has already lost a wheel.

It's the Ampeg 810! You get what you pay for, a loud tank.

It's a speaker cabinet, what features can you possibly need from it?

Well, it sounds awesome, just don't under power it.

Bought it new about a year ago, never had any issues whatsoever, except for rips in the toilex, but that's because of drum equipment scraping it every week.

Never had to use it.

Never had a problem, sounds great, and the price isn't actually that bad. Yes, a grand is a lot, but comparatively, it's really not that bad.

I love this cabnet. the features are great on it.
You can separate the top 4x10 and the bottom 4x10
for highs and lows or just to get les volume.
speakon connectors for a cabnet this size are a must.
The only complaint i have is its so big. but the built in dolly and the plastic slide guards make loading and unloading it easyer

I play mostly rock type of music. It sounds amazing coming through this cab. people say they can hear and feel this blocks away.
and I love how You can mess with the eq and just get it right so that you can feel the rumble but its not overpowering everyone else in the band. I use an ampeg svt3pro head with it

never had a problem with any of my ampeg gear.

I havent really had to deal with the manufature.

Bought new in October of 2001, and have definitely been impressed. As highly regarded as this cab is, it totally desrves it. The only thing I might wish for it to have would be a horn.

I use an old Fender P with it, and the growl is awesome. I play rock/punk/modern rock and it suits my style perfectly. You can use this cab for anything, but it is, of course, the quintessential rock cab. The only thing it has a bit too much of is bottom end. It's just enough to notice, but not enough to need something else

I've never had a single problem with it, and I been gigging with it constantly, 2-3 times a week, since the day I bought it about 6 months ago.

In 1972 I bought my dream come true amp. An Ampeg SVT!!!!! I've owned both the head and one original matching 8x10 cab for about 30 years and I can tell you it is a great cab. Yes it's big and it's heavy and... The reason any one buys a speaker cab is because of the way it SOUNDS!!! (that's why bands have roadies) Figure it any way you want. Price, size, weight, whatever you want, it is the best cab of its type in the world. The sealed baffle enclosure gives you the bass, the 10" speakers give you the highs, what more can you ask for. Especially when the speakers were modified to increase the cabs wattage rating.

These cabs sound great with almost any head.

Because I had only one cab I blew a few speakers which were easily replaced. Ampeg recommended 2 cabs at all times at that time.

Customer support has always been great! Helpful, intelligent people who know their product.

I bought it from the original owner who sold it because it was too loud! I've had it about 30 years and I still love it. Reliable as god. I've heard a lot of amps thru the years and I'll take the SVT any time.

Punchy sound good lows and defined highs

So far so good. I might buy another just to have around!

No dealing with the company, but I've heard good things about Ampeg.
