Bought this cab new after failing with Hartke & Peavey. This is superb! After struggling to find a speaker which would give me an even sound across the board with no peaks I've hit upon this small but powerful cab. No messing with your amp through this beauty, just throw some overdrive and plenty of wattage at it. With no horn onboard (which suits me down to the ground) you will still hear every note, even with the rest of the band competing.

Don't even think about plugging a five string into this you will lose those extra notes at volume, it's a small cab which will always sacrifice bottom end for better contant tone. I'm now using two of these with the 500ABM head, I got greedy and wanted more power coming from behind me (no need to bother the P.A anymore!). Jazz bass, Boss Limiter. Not sure about the variety in sounds but it does what I need, a simple rock tone.

Can't see this ever breaking down unless I do something stupid with it. It's a 300w rated cab with a 600w peak speaker so plenty of room for error. This cab looks great and is built like a brick, the backplate, handles and corners are metal so unless I drop it out of a hotel window I don't foresee a problem.

If this was stolen I would buy another no question. Compared this to Hartke, Peavey, no contest. It's really on a par with Ampeg SVT115 but a bit cheaper.
