This is a pretty straight forward bass cabinet. 15 inch speaker with co-axial tweeter. 1/4 inch, banana plug and speakon (but pin2) connector choices. Two handles on the sides or a big port in the back that makes a pretty good handle. No adjustment for the tweeter. Rated 200 watts but will take lots of clean power.

Excellent sound. Not the deepest bass but good for 4-string bass. It's a 15 inch but it doesn't sound flabby or boomy. Actually a very tight cab with great midrange and full-range sound. Tweeter might hiss abit although that is probably from my amp. It is the loudest cab for it's size that I have ever heard. And that includes Eden, Ampeg or Euphonic Audio. For me, it is all but perfect.

These are super reliable. I have owned 5 Bag End cabs and they have all taken whatever is thrown at them. I have owned typically one or two cabs at a time, then sold them because they hold their value well and then miss their great combination of portability, durability, sound and volume and buy one again.

I have only owned one new one and emailed or called Bag End both before and after. The owner was very nice and quick to respond. The cabinets are built too well though and so I have never had to call with a problem. They built them so well, you are safe buying used and will probably never need to contact them.

I have played bass for about 22 years. I have owned roughly 23 combinations of combo or amp and cab. I keep returning to these because of the combination of virtues that I have already mentioned. Hopefully, I will keep the one I currently have and not need to buy another but I am fickle and change too often. For a small, portable, good sounding, loud cab; if you are playing 4 string, you can't go wrong with these. This one is definitely the winner of "Bang for the Buck".
