I bought two of these on line in 2009. I play rock and roll and have been playing a vintage SVT head through both of em' at the same time. I can operate the amp at 2 ohms since each of these is a 4 ohm cab. The speakers sound great and do not vibrate at all. I can leave a bunch of stuff on top of the amp and it does not move.

I play an old peavey foundation which offers a ton of midrange growl, I play a USA jazz bass as well. The speaker do not distort, they offer the same tone the bass and amp and putting out. They do not fart like every other speaker I have had. I get the real SVT tone and the speakers do not flop around like my aguilar and swr's did. They sound accurate and wonderful

I have played loudly about 30 times through them with no problems. the both fit in the trunk of my accord.

I have been playing for over 20 years and have had a bunch of middle of the raod gear, eden, trace, swr, genz benz and aguilar speakers. These are rated for higher watts and better. No cheezy carpet either. At whatever price these are good speakers. I have never had a really nice eden cab, the one I had was a 200 w 15" and the carpet molded and the horn blew. I think the 2 x 10 eden is probalby great, but it is expensive

Made in 2008 or 2009.
This cabinet is very versatile for the styles I play which vary greatly from time to time.
I use this cabinet with the band we play in and it has plenty of power and sound.

I use Spector basses and this cabinet sounds fantastic and suits what ever I am playing at the time.
The cabinet is not noisy and it is very clear and pronounced.
I do not use effects or distortion and I have not played through this cabinet with the volume on the amp really cranked.

Since I also own a Carvin sound system and that has been extremely reliable, I can only believe that this cabinet will reliable as well.
I would feel comfortable using this cabinet without a back up.

After a 30+ year layoff I have been back playing for 5 years.
I own a Hartke Kickback 15, Carvin sound system, Spector basses and other various toys.
If lost or stolen I would definitely buy another one!
This cabinet has great sound and lightweight. There is nothing that I hate about it.
I have had Hartke, Fender Pro, Ampeg and Peavey and this cabinet rivals them all if not better!
I choose this cabinet for it's compact size and lightweight plus my good experience with Carvin.

This is Carvin new neo cabs, it features Carvin new neo speakers and a ported cabinet with two 10" speakers and horn. This cab can handle your 5 or 6 strings bass with no problems. What I like is that it's goes down to 35hz which can handle that low B string. The cab itself is light and the housing can take a beating. The back has inputs and outputs for 1/4" phone and locking jacks. The cab is rated for 600 watts which is great for most 300 to 500 watts heads. I give it a nine only because it do not come with a cover.

As far as sound quality goes it one of the best two cabinets I ever own and I been playing over forty years. I play Gospel so the sound is inportant to me. This will be replacing my Eden 4/10. I playing with a Fender P-bass, Yamaha TRP-1005 and a Carvin Icon5w playing tru a SansAmp via a Mackie 1400i power amp. The sound it tight lows and sweet highs and clean all around. You can buy these speakers at this price and save big time. This cab will change the way you hear your tone and make you want to play more.

They give you ten days trial to play it. I'm not sure but I think it 90 days but you can check it out at Carvin.com. I use them on other gear and got good help.

I been playing since 1965 and have own lots of Basses and amps. Right now I own a Trace 60, Carvin PB200, Yamaha KB100, Mackie 1400i head and a Eden 260 head with a Eden 4/10 cab. Four basses.
If I lost It I would replace it. I love the sound and that it's light, but since they don't come with covers that not good for bad weather. I would like to see casters on them too. Overall it a well build cab.
