It's loud!!! 900 watts of power. 450w per channel. Has the same features as the PB500. I finally found a cabinet to support the power this thing has.

Like I said, I just found the perfect partner for this beast. Carvin's RL810t. The tone is amazing out of this unit.

haven't had a problem with it yet. I bought it used only about 5 months ago though, so I guess only time will tell.

The only beef that I have is that no one knows about this amp. I've e-mailed Carvin and the only thing they've really been able to tell me is that it is an older model. Well thanks! Oh well.

I've only been playing for about a year and a half. This is the first amp that I bought as a separate unit. My first amps were both combo amps. So as far as mobility is concerned, it's a lot easier to lug around. The last cabinet I was using was a Trace Elliot that had an 18 inch and a ten inch speaker. (by the way, Trace is pretty useless as far as customer service is concerned.) anyways... a lot of low end, no tone. overall, it's a great amp at a GREAT price.
