Features : 6
Late 80's combo, features 150watts @ 4ohms load, 6 band equalizers, active and passive inputs, several outputs, including an additional speaker jack. Fairly simple single channel amp. One 15" speaker.

Sound Quality : 8
Not bad sound, although seems to get a bit idstorted when pushing equalizers past mean level. Sounds better if gain is kept down and volume up. Puts out of plenty of sound, no problems giging with this alone. I use a p-Bass copy, and sounds pretty good.

Reliability : 8
Had a bit of a problem with some bad solders, but once I had that taken care of no problems. Played this for a while and it is holding up well. Solid State throughout. Seems to put out a bit of heat, bit hasn't show to be a problem yet.

Customer Support : 9
Got the manufacturer to send me the owners manual and schematics. $4 to my door, which I cannot complain. SLM has always been easy for me to deal with.

Overall Rating : 8
Overall, I give this an 8, for shear value. I mean $150 for a 150 watt bass amp is pretty reasonable, as I was looking at a few others, peavey, fender, marshall, and all were at least twice as much. I would say the features are lacking, but really, how fancy do you need to get with a bass amp. I play simple country, and blues, maybe a little pop, and I have never felt like the sound wasn't addequate or appropriate.
