This amp was a Christmas Present and i don't know what was paid for it. It's a 100 watt kickback combo bass amp. Has a single 12" speaker ported in the back. Handy built-in tuner on top. Has expander section with 4 channel EQ. Foot switch either mutes for offline tuning and a second switch for activating the expander. XLR output and level, and effects loop jacks. External speaker. Will be using it to play in church. Light and compact for a 100 watt amp, but not as loud as i'd expect. Plenty loud for my use, though.

I play a 80's Peavey DynaBass with very hot Ferrite pickups. To my taste the tone is very nice through this amp if rather brite sounding. So, i use only the neck pickup and adjust the EQ's to soften the tone. The tonal range is great from this amp and the sound is clean even with the expander. The speaker only has 1.5 inch voice coil which may explain the thin sound. I prefer more low end warmth. I would expect a better speaker for an amp this expensive.

Don't expect to ever really push this amp, but the limiter light does come on at a lower volume than i'd expect for a 100watt amp. For my use it seems to do a nice job and it's not too hard to lug around at under 60lbs.

I started playing bass 30 years ago, but picked up acoustic guitar soon after and only started playing bass again recently to fill in for help with a youth choir and some worship. So, my experience is very limited with the bass.
This amp seems to be a good match for what i'm doing and like it so far. Small, built in realtime tuning, wide tonal range, kickback style case fits in nicely with on platform monitors and you can hear yourself nicely when playing. Would like a more high end speaker for warmth and volume.
