made in 2008;
versatile... probably ;) bought it for smaller gigs and home practice. I have HD350 and proline 410, but wanted some small combo for jazz gigs. tried drome12, disliked it, nearly bought markbass CMD 121, but then found really good price for this little box and decided to use HD350 with it instead of buying a whole new combo.
at the back is standard EBS connection interface (I think it's the same for all their speaker enclosures), which comprises of two inputs (speakon and jack), two daisy-chain links (speakon and jack) and single pot for regulation of horn (from off to +3dB -> use it zeroed at the moment).
it has two handles, which some might find strangely positioned, but are indeed strategically positioned - you use them to carry the box around and also lift it to an angled position, like a monitor. didn't use it that way yet though.
Frequency Response 50 - 18k Hz
Sensitivity 100 dB
Power Rating 300 W RMS
Impedance 8 ohms
Volume 35 liters
Height 37 cm / 15"
Width 49 cm / 19"
Depth 34 cm / 13"

I use it with HD350, MM SR5, ibanez GWB35 and an upright with shadow piezo pickup. bought it for jazz gigs, but just used it in some music/theatre project (violins, opera singers...) in different places (concert hall, museum, club), and it was great. at first I felt strange, because I'm used to 410 and this little box has 4 times less volume... so don't expect to move the same amount of air. but i was pleasantly surprised when it cut through (4 vocals, piano, 3 violins and a drummer), warm and firm, flat eq and no frequency holes. the sound tech said I was positively all over the room.
noisy... hmmm... in my experience - no. but I cut more treble on the bass when using neo112 than when using proline410.
it can be slapped, it can be warm and miaow, but for some unknown reason it does not go well with my pedals (EHX MBS and EBS uni-chorus), one point less for that. but I don't use them at gigs where I take neo112.
just to try how it handles loud signal, I turned on the character button (bass/treble boost, mid cut), boosted some eq on amp and on bass, set the drive to 11 o'clock and volume to half. windows rattled, ground was shaking. the sound though was crispy and with firm bottom. it goes better with my fretless than 410.

yes, dependable. although one spring in the handle broke while taking the box out of car just after I bought it... well, the handle still does what it should, but one point less for that. otherwise it is pretty much the same as bigger 410, same corners, same felt, hand-woven grill, 5 years warranty.

EBS replies your e-mails in matter of days, usually next working day. always helpful and to the point. thank you, Mats.
warranty is 5 years.
authorized service? wrote an e-mail to the slovenian dealer, which never responded. the croatian dealer was way friendlier, so I bought it there - I will ask them should some problem arise.

I've been involved with bass for about 10 years, give or take 5 ;)
this box sounds so good I'm currently considering selling the proline410 and buying neo410, just for the weight, and I think it sounds warmer. I don't think two 112 would be as good or better.
I was buying a combo amp, but also checked some smaller enclosures (pjb, warwick, hartke, gk, markbass, fender...). after being offered the above-mentioned price, I just rushed to the store and bought it. didn't even bother to try it, but the salesman wanted it tested, so we hooked HD350 they had there with some no-name bass, he played one note on it, ok, this works, it' mine. after using my own HD350 and proline410 for nearly 5 years I knew I couldn't be dissapointed. it's small and lightweight, and sound-wise behaves similar to its bigger brother.

I play a MM stingray4, grooverock style, my main rig is ampeg svt3pro and bse 410 hlf, I bought this a nice price, as practice and little gig cab, if I need one day, but there are much worse ways to spend your money, the cab sounds great even with my little aria 50 W combo amp, because it has tremendous sensivity (I preamp with a podxt). I also tried it with a fafner and it sounded great even if I don't recommend pushing the amp on 11. Lots of low end (45hz) 4 stringers don't really need more and handles D detuning well. I now understand how much sensivity matters: if you have a 100 w head,it will seem 200 with this cab.
The cab is also very versatile, with open character:could be vintage, funk or jazzy depending on bass/settings/ I prefer vintage rock sound especially when, maybe sweating a lot of acid, my strings never brights more than one week and I was turning mad trying to have bright tones (I'm no bright player anyway, just love bass)

About 15 years playing mostly rock. If you already have an amp head and look for portability, I think this is a great investment. Two paired must sound monstruous and still can be carried by one man. Very Good job, EBS.
