I purchased this speaker to add much needed subharmonix to my hiphop/jazz band. It sounds great. I can literaly create the dropping 808 dub bass sound with this cab. It can easily knock pictures off the walls and annoy neighbors. It is typical Eden. Superior quality and sound.

I use this cabinet along with a Eden XLT410 cab powered by an SWR 750 head which is run by the Sansamp BassDriver the I plug my bass into. Along with the Fender p-bass the I play I can easily achieve the dubbiest of dub, perfect for the group I am involved with which currently creates a blend of hiphop and jazz in a live format. If looking for an 18" speaker look no further then Eden. One of the best Bass manafacturers..

This cab is a simple eight-teen,no tweeter,no mids just chest pounding bass.I use it in conjuction with Hartke 4x10(transporter)and together they are perfect.Although this cab is extremely heavy,the four casters provide an excellent way to move it about.And if the ground is not suitable for rolling,the handles are very comfortable to carry for any rythm guitarest or roadie.

I play through a GK1001RB using a steinbeger spirit bass(passive EMG humbuckers) with a mesa boogie V-twin as a preamp.This eight-teen is the life blood of my amp! In my opinion,every hartke 4x10 cab should be accompanied by an Eden 18.It ads so much depth to live sound it is unreal.However,alone this is not a versitle cab,but all notes are clean and clear until 400 watts plus.So if your looking actual sound pressure I would highly recomend it.

I wouldn't run the full 540 watts suggested by eden,but then again I never run into a venue that would require it.The construction of the cab is very road worthy,good carpet(easy to clean)I jump on it all time and ride it down trailer ramp ect. and have never had any problems.

I've been playing for 5 years now and have played many different amps and cabs.Eden has a good name in the bass business for a good reason.Every product of their's is excellent quality.They designed this cab for high quality low end and that is exactly what it does.
