Fully made in USA. I play all styles from R&B, Jazz, Funk, Rock.
Has the all important Horn Control with a top quality pot you would expect from Eden that is made in USA. Avoid the made in China Eden just not consisten and use a cheap poor quality pot for horn let alone the speaker wires which make them sound too scoopy as you don't get the mid defintions coming through. It is like night and day.
Would not change a thing on this cab. Heavy grill, solid wood cab. sweet sound!
Perfect for 200-450 vendues with just a single cab. Recommend a dual cab option for 600+ venues which I did get but use less of due to the nature of gig's these days.

This is where is shines. Having the right amp took a while, as voicing, eq of every amp is different.
Finally found one that I liked over my Glokenklang and that is GK MB2 amp. This is like match made in Heaven!
Wow! I have been using Bergantino and Glokenklang set up at the studio for over 2 years now and used the GK MB2 and Eden for live work but now I just used the Eden and GK MB2 for both it is that good.
Super responsive, super quiet and the Cab is voiced perfectly!
It has a footswitch for secondary volume so you can use it as a boost for soloing rather than fiddle diddle with your bass' volume knob.
Holds the 5 string on my Custom shop guitar tight and round. Not scoopy but good focused punch!
People will argue till blue in the face that a boutique cab is always better. I would have agreed with them until I realised it is finding the right combination of amp and speaker set up is key and Certainly having a made in USA with quality components such as the a high quality speaker leads and horn control pots make a huge difference.

I previously hated Eden's of what I at least tried but boy oh boy was I wrong!
If it was stolen I would buy another one in a heartbeat even if it was double the price.
Make sure you get a good matching voiced amp which really brings out the true colours of this cab!

Sound quality is very good. The bass and highs are tight and focused. It is very clean, no mud whatsoever. What it lacks is midrange and the aggressive character that you would expect if you are familiar with Eden's XLT series cabinets. I played one gig with this cabinet as a stand-alone and it performed well but was just a mildly uninspiring experience. However, my intention from the beginning has been to use this cabinet along with a D112 XLT which is an extremely aggressive sounding cabinet. The CX210, by itself, is very refined sounding. Almost too plain to be considered a stand-alone cabinet, but it is a great companion to the D112XLT in that I am now able to run my WT330 head at 330 Watts @ 4 ohms. It's sound spectrum makes up for what the snarly, mid-rangey d112XLT is missing in refinement and lows. Unfortunately, I have to rate it on it's own because there is no entry for "CX210/D112XLT stack".

I have complete faith in Eden products. I gigged regularly with a used D210XLT and it held up very well. I've never considered a back-up, unlike my Hartke equipment that I have since sold.

Eden parts are easy enough to order. I've had to get a tweeter driver for my old D210XLT and had no problems. Their support line can be hit or miss. In comparison to other companies that I've had to deal with before, they are a gem, though.

My recommendation is that you should only buy this cabinet if you are planning on matching it as an extension bottom cabinet to a more aggressive top cabinet for a 2-speaker system. I think that the CX210 and D112XLT are a perfect match for each other as I would not likely ever play a gig with one of those cabinets by itself. For practice or recording, I would take the 112XLT along because it's lighter and has that Eden XLT character to it. If your taste is towards a sound where the bass doesn't really stand out but fills the room, the CX210 would be good for that.

2003 Model. Not even listed on the Eden website, so I'm thinking it's fairly new to their lineup. I'm a big fan of Eden equipment so when I saw this cabinet was in my price range, I bought it. 2 10 inch speakers, 300W RMS handling, "Banana" plug insert as well as 2 1/4" inserts. 2" (approx) port in the front. Two handles, lightweight, and tiny. Not an impressive (from a mass) looking piece when compared to a 6X10 or 8X10 cabinet, but I need something small to take to gigs - I don't have a lot of room when we have to bring our PA, etc.

I'm playing a DeArmond Pilot V deluxe through a Behringer BX3000T 300 watt amp. The sound is PHENOMENAL. So many notes that struggled to get through sound perfect in the mix now - particularly higher notes. They cut through great. This is the first 10" cabinet I've had. I've always had 1X15 combos. I was afraid of going with just 10" speakers as I thought I would lose that low end, but just the opposite, this cabinet has such a great combination of low end and punch I would never dream of adding a big 15" cab. If I add anything, it'll be another CX210 to put on top.

I've only had it a few weeks, but it seems built very well. Sort of a goofy thing I found is that there is a small buzz that occurs if you don't have both 1/4" plugs filled. I heard what sounded like a buzz or a rattle then discovered that what it was was the air coming out of the other 1/4" insert on the back. When I put my thumb over it, it stopped. I couldn't hear it when we played out live, but I just put a 1/4" plug in it now and it's gone away. No biggie, but they may want to look into that.

Have never dealt with Eden, but they're now owned by Washburn and they're right near me here in the Chicago area. I've had great luck with my Randall and Washburn gear, so I hope that any issues I may have (which to date have been minor in nature) will be handled the same way.

I love it. There's a prestige to owning Eden equipment and even though this 2X10 is the same price as many 4X10s, the sound is great, it's smaller and lighter and it's an Eden. If you're looking for great sounding equipment and not stuff that'll fill out an Arena's stage, this is the way to go - no doubt.
