Eden wt-1205 manufactered in 2006. I play country, blues and old school rock n roll. This amp has two channels with 12ax7 tube preamps, it can switch channels with the footswitch or can be bridged for more power. I am powering a eden 15xl and a 410 xlt cab with it. I am running through the number two channel without bridging it, I have more than enough power. I use this amp to play bars and small outside venues. It also looks very cool I might add with the new lighting scheme !

Unbelievable ! I have played a wt-550 and a wt-405. As soon as I plugged in I could'nt believe it, awesome, incredible sound. This is the best sounding amp I have ever played through.I have tried everything, Hartke, GK, Ampeg, SWR,Mesa, nothing even comes close. I also own a eden wt-405, I was going to use it but after plugging into the wt-1205 I was in love. The 2 12ax7 tubes have a killer warm tube sound and plenty of power, built in compresser and some many tone controls its unreal. I set my eq flat and then add just a little bottum.I play a musicman 5 string and a 1974 fender jazz. This amp has a great direct out and runs very quite, simply awesome.

Reliability : 10
Works great so far. I had trouble with my wt-550 after a year of running it a 2 ohms. I paid the shipping to eden and they fixed it for free and paid the return shipping, sold it and moved on. Once one quits you can never fully trust it again. Eden was very helpful and I had it back fixed in a week and a half. I am running two 8 0hm cabs so this amp runs very smooth so far. I am sure eden will stand behind it as they always have !!!

* Dual Channel input w/ ability to blend or isolate each signal, absolutely great for setting up gigs w/ both upright and electric.
* Student/teacher can share same amp in lessons.
* The 'enhance' tone control on each channel is all you need to set your tone, then just dial in the room with the EQ, or use the parametric to cut resonate frequencies.
* Several line level outputs(pre & post)
* Aux-in blend allowing easy control over other signals on top of bass signal (e.g. Axon Bass Synth, effects, D-Machine, MP3 player, etc)
* Headphone out includes full signal, including the Aux in, great for quiet practice.
* Includes pedal to control channels, EQ, Mute and Gain Boost, etc.

So far so good, the only issue I have is the product shipped with some sub-assembly attachment screws loose. It appears they were not tightened appropriately out of the shop. They were loose in the box on delivery and when it got to me there was only one screw holding the main sub-assembly in place! I notified their support in hopes that the quality issue is resolved for future. So my recommendation to others is just to make sure you check all the screws are there and tight on receipt!

Note that the product was shipped with loose screws for the sub-assembly connection to the casing. When unpacking the amp from the materials I lost a few of the screws, which would have had to have come loose during delivery.

When calling in to their support staff, I somewhat sensed that they didn't believe that the product was shipped with loose screws, but it was. They did send me a few extra screws right away though, which was nice.

My concern is that the amp could possibly been slightly damaged/worn when it was shipped, because of the sub-assembly rattling moveing around... and I'll not know it until sometime later. Hopefully, they will acknoledge this once I register my product for warranty support.

With my pair of Bergantio 210/112 cabs, this is the best rig I've owned in 20+ years of playing. Not just in sound, but with it's features as well. Depending on the desired sound, I've played an old Accoustic 370, Gallien Kreuger 800RB, SWR 900, Bass POD Pro with various power amps, and I feel this tops all of those and I can still obtain the wide range of styles

coparable sounds with this amp.

This is Eden's newest edition to their "World Tour" series of amps. It is a 2-channel head, meaning you can plug two basses in & switch between them with the included footswitch. Or, you can set up two seperate eq's for one bass (Channel 1: Slap, etc. Channel 2: fingerstyle). You can even blend the two channels if you wish.

There are a ton of features, including dual 12AX7 tube preamps, an effects loop for each channel, speakon connectors, stereo or dual mono power, footswitch, compressor, DI (with ground lift and level control), etc...

The EQ setup on each channel is a bit different. Channel 1 has no parametric shift control, whereas Channel 2 does. I would have preferred if BOTH channels had the EQ setup featured on "Channel 2". This channel also sounds better to my ears for some reason. Has a bit more balls to it.

I use this amp to play in a variety of projects, from a 4-piece cover band to a 12-piece original band. Variety of stages from small to large clubs and some outdoor festivals, etc. Plenty of power for all of these situations, especially if there is PA support.

This amp provides a nice, clean useable tone with the eq flat. That is how Eden amps seem to operate best, as even the tiniest of clicks can make a huge difference in their EQ sections. A little goes a long way.

As I mentioned above, I think Chan 1 is not as punchy as Chan 2. However, there is plenty of tone to be had and I'm quite pleased with the sound I'm getting out of my Fender Jazz bass and also 5-string.

The amp is of typical Eden quality. The front panel has a lot of knobs, and also the new backlit "Eden" logo, which looks spiffy on a darkened stage. It's rugged, the chasis seems solid. I would definitely recommend keeping it in a rack case, though. Also, the first footswitch I received was damaged in shipping. Had to get another one. They also included the wrong rack ears. Otherwise no problems.

Lane and crew at US Music were very helpful both before and after I purchased the amp. This is a brand new product, so naturally there were a few bugs to work out (as I mentioned above the footswitch and the rack ears). Both were replaced promptly without hassle. If you're worried about Eden post-US Music buyout, don't be. They are still on top of their game and ready and willing to help out. I even spoke to David Nordschow directly and he couldn't have been nicer.

I've been playing bass about 22 years. Owned quite a lot of different brands, including Peavey, GK, Hartke, Trace Elliot, SWR and on and on. This is my second Eden head (I previously owned a WT-800). Both of these are great products. Costs a bit more, but I think it blows away many other products out there.

Plus, if you're looking for a 2-channel bass head, there aren't a ton of options out there. This fills a much needed void. I love having the footswitch to easily change channels or mute the entire rig for silent tuning. You can also boost volume with the "Turbo boost" for soloing, etc.
