Brand new, got it two weeks ago. Two channels, four effects loops, compressor, foot switchable channel select: A / B / A + B, mute to tune, enhance on/off and solo volume boost. I won't say what you can read at the Eden site, just a few words on setting the gain, as it differs a bit from previous Eden gear:

Activate the solo volume boost when setting the input gain. It affects the input stage. The red diod should NOT light. Then you can set the compressor if you want. Since there is ONE compressor, for both channels, the diods will blink on both channels, a bit confusing. Just ignore that...

You don't need the old type Eden eq, these simpler versions do the job perfect. Also the little bass and treble boost function when playing quiet is nice...

You can go stereo, dual mono and bridged mono. I always use bridge mode.

Sound Quality : 10
I use the second channel with sweepable mid for my EUB, the first channel is for my electric basses, six xtring, fretless and all.

Reliability : 10
I have NEVER had a backup amp when I have used Eden gear. I have never even carried spare fuses...

Customer Support : 10
I haven't really needed so much support from Eden, but our contacts have been very good, very familiar. The Eden users forum is a fantastic place for exchanging info and experiences.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing since the Acoustic amps were the best you could get and basses had FOUR strings. If I got rid of the amp I'd surely get a new one. Eden is the amp that reproduces MY tone best. There is no Eden tone - just my, or your, tone. I am no nostalgic guy, gear is just gear. With this amp you don't have to find and tweak the sound, just plug and play.
