Wizzy 1x12. Made in 2007. The original Wizzy not the new M-Wizzy.
The cab is small light and compact. It is easy to carry thanks to the large built-in handles. I love the fact that is has a smooth and chock resistant finish instead of the carpet like or Tolex covering.
This cab is shockingly loud for its size and weight! The cab resistance is 4 ohms.

The sound is just amazing. If you like a warm, round, old school sound this cab is your ticket! This is a very musical and balanced sound. It has been described as a flip top (Ampeg B15) for the new age and this is accurate. Its primary voicing are mids to lows. The cab has plenty of highs but it's not its strength. It has plenty of bass without going being earth shaking. Euphonic Audio uses a complex cabinet design concept called transmission lines (read their site on this topic) and they tend to deliver a lot more low end bass than many cabs in their category. The speaker is faster than a 15 inch but not quite as responsive as a ten for super fast dynamic playing. To me it represents a great compromise and if you want some of the low frequencies of a 15 and some of the speed of a 10, the 12 inch is perfect. The highs of this cab are really round and very natural. Some cabs have crystal sounding highs that can be aggressive but this is not the case here. All the frequencies are well covered without any gaps or discontinuities. Note that all Euphonic Audio cabs except the Wizzy have a perfectly flat response which gives their cabs no sonic signature or sound personality. Listening to a Euphonic Audio cab can be a bit strange at first and they sound a tad cold to my ears. The Wizzy is however the exception to the company???s philosophy and they have created a master piece of a cab. I tend to think this cab is perfect for the finger player who plays, blues, R&B, jazz and classic rock. It is very versatile. I have it paired with a Mesa Boogie Walkabout and the combination of the two is really terrific.

I have not had to call them. I suspect that when you work so hard at designing products you are probably great at customer service too.

I play a Fender American Jazz 60th anniversary with a Mesa Boogie Walkabout head. The combination of these two with the Wizzy is great.
I chose this cab over an Accugroove and a Bergantino which are probably with Euphonic Audio the three current bass cab builders. All of them are superb cabs it boils down to the sound you are looking for.
Overall this is an amazing compact cab. Its combination of a great sound, amazing portability and power delivers a superb value that will allow you to enjoy this cab for many years.

Not very many cabs will get a 10 rating (or should, anyway). The Wizzy is an "out of the park" home run (as stated by Tom Bowlus somewhere). Really can't believe someone hasn't written a review of this cabinet on Harmony Central to this point. Single 12" driver with a concentric "wizzer" cone for the high frequencies. Design of the cabinet produces a vintage mid-range frequency bump. Weighs less than 30 pounds with a very nice spray-on covering (new model has nub-tex) that will stand up to pretty much anything.

Just incredible - especially in a mix. The Wizzy is truly one of the most innovative concepts available in bass amplification. It just sounds phenomenal - easily handles a low "B"...REALLY sounds terrific when paired with a second Wizzy. By itself, you do hear the mid-bump...with other instruments, your jaw will drop.

Not much I'd give an overall 10.....the Wizzy is easily one of THE best music purchases I've made (I have two of them).
Can't say enough about how they've made my rig modular and light while still sounding incredible.
