The features are pretty good. nothing like the bigger names eg ampeg and stuff. but it has two input's one for active pic up's and one for passive, which I thought was a good idea. It has a gain, compression unit, your normal bass midbass mid treble and treble gains. then it's got your overall volume. fairly versatile. but suits my style perfectly.

Sounds good. I could get the sound I was looking for with the hurricane bass 100watts. Not very loud though, for a 100watt amp they have been very conservative, it say 100 watts and that's what you get, unlike some of the bigger brands where you can often crank it to 125. good and punchy though. just not enough head room to play on stage.

in the two years I 've had it, the only thing that has gone wrong is I blew a fuse. wasn't a big deal, but the amp has taked a beeting and it's still going strong. you can definetly rely on it.

This is a great bass amp for the bass player on a budet, obviously it's no ampeg or anything. but for the money you pay for it, it's great. I know it say's don't give it a big rating, but I love this amp. so much so that I'm upgrading with a Hurricane bass head. it hass two 125 watt channels. meaning it can go too 250 when using both the channels great value, and it's only $799 as well. but you need a quad box and I got one of them for $599 can't wait
