80 Watt bass amp. 12" Eminence speaker. 5 band EQ, 2 channels, EFX loop, Solid State, Made in China, Speaker made in USA, Headphone Jack. Pretty basic. Kustom says you can hoop any amplified item into, IE use it as a keyboard amp, guitar amp, CD player amp etc... Considering the price, it's ok on features... I didn't expect fancy.

This amp is clean, clean and more clean. You get loud clean, or soft clean. Not much crunch at all, so leave that to your pedals. The amp does ok with My 5 string, producing good low end. Interestingly enough, the way it's voiced, It sounds good with a guitar, bass, Microphone... Pretty versitile that way. It's got good volume and nice sound. It's not gonna make miracles... it just takes your instument and amps it... A good instument will sound good, a crappy instrument will sound like crap. Pretty good noise rejection. Minimal at high volumes.

I've heard jokes galore about Kusom amps failing, and I've heard good stories too. I think it's built pretty good, but who's to say how long it will hold up. One thing I think is less than smart is the knobs stick out a bit too much on the front so you just might break them off... but I think it's tough enough.

For what I paid, I'd say it gets the job done well. It's pretty much the size I wanted... not too big, not to small. and I can amp just about anything I want to with it. I don't think I could have gone wrong with this. I planned on getting the Hartke 90 watt... but for 125$ less, I'll go with the Kustom. Good value.
