I play in a wedding band, hard rock to waltzes to Michael Jackson to Elvis.
This thing is unbelievable. I have a Trace elliot, an Ampeg V4BH, and this blows them both away. You would have to try it to believe it.
Im in love.
I use 2 102HF Markbass Cabs stacked vertically. I reckon I could play stadiums with this little rig. Well maybe not quite, but even in the bigger venues we play in, Ive never even made this little box break into a sweat. At 4 ohms it really shines. Im selling everything else. Theres just no point in the Ampeg any more.
This amp doesn't sound like a million dollars on its own, as in on the shop floor it may not impress as much as some, but as soon as its in the mix it jumps to life and kicks ***.

I've been playing in a gigging, modern/hard rock cover band for the last 7 years... Primarily on a Carvin R1000 over top an SWR Goliath III 4x10 cab (Running the Carvin "bridged", 700 watts @ 8ohms...) Despite some negative press online, my R1000 has been a TANK. Once I dropped it off a full stack onto the street and it was like it never happened. The sound may not have been "legendary" but the power kinda made up for it. Enter my Little Mark II LTD Edition "Marco"...
Between the R1000 and the Goliath, we're talking about 120lbs... After 7 years, it was getting old lugging that stuff around and this year ('08) I finally decided to upgrade in search of something a little easier to deal with. At about a third of the weight, my "Marco" and the Traveler 210P 2X10 cab cuts like a razor through any drum and guitar combination. It's just unreal. When you have real tone, power is actually secondary (IMO).
If yer thinkin' bout MARKBASS, get it... That's all I can say after what I've experienced. Not just me, but my drummer and guitar player were like, "Dooooooood..." That was after the first time I gigged on this rig that looks like a toy compared to my old set up. It's the bomb, what more do you need to know?
