400W power handling but I'm sure it could handle more - I haven't tried but it does everything that I need it to with such ease.
I don't really like to tinker with the impedence as I really don't need to.

I bought this second hand and to be honest, it looked as if it had come right out of the shop. It was in absolutely mint condition. I mainly play rock/metal and, owing to the fact that I had recently transferred from being a guitarist to a fully fledged bass player, I only had a Marshall 100W guitar combo which couldn't handle the lows of the bass. So I bought this bad boy and unplugged the combo's internal speaker and ran the amp head directly into the cab.
The sound is nothing short of brutal - I had no idea that my guitar combo could handle the bass as well as this but the cabinet just blew me away. The 400W power handling laughs in the face of my pathetic combo and duly pumps out an incredible range of sounds. The lows are deep and undistorted (even though I'm playing a Epi Thunderbird into it!) and the highs are wonderful and rich. In short, this is a phenomenal cabinet which I'm glad to have bought when I did as sadly they have been replaced with the rather pricy DBS range.

It's a Marshall. It will survive your amp, your bass and probably you.
As you'd expect, it weighs a tonne, but you know that if it had a few knocks, it wouldn't matter. An absolute tank.

Never had to deal with them for obvious reasons. I'm sure they're very nice people, but I really wouldn't know!

A cracking cab. I'm looking to get the 1x15 version of this simply because this range is so damn reliable and the sound is comparable with anything that Marshall have done for the guitar.

I run a 700 watt head into this cab which can supposedly only take 400 watts but it sounds great and gets incredibly loud. I can't even stay in the same room as this cab if I turn it up loud enough. The tone is incredible as well. This cab sounds great. I wish I could give it over a 10

I tried my hardest to rattle the speakers and get them on the verge of blowing just to see how loud it could get my lungs and ears couldn't stand getting it loud enough to do it. I'de say it's very reliable. I give it a 9 only because I haven't had this cab for too long.

I've been playing guitar for 6 years and bass for 1 year. I use a Peavey Patriot bass and a Hartke 3500 head with the 7041 and it has the best sound I've ever heard come out of a bass setup. I think this setup even tops an Eden setup.
