this is a bi-amp cab 2x10s & 2x18s rated at 400 watts i dont use the bi- amp same almost size as a svt 8x10 its a great cab for outdoor gigs which is why i bought it in the first place of course its a pain to move better have a truck or suv to transport it! its heavy but has tilt back casters which work well & rolls along -in someways its easier to move than a 4x10 cab

Sound Quality : 8
this has massive bottom end some guys that have played thru it will either swear at it or swear by it & want to buy it off me on spot for those unhappy campers well bring your own amp or ipod i pay it with fender crate swr peavey heads under 400 watts rms & fender & peavey basses this cab is good for punk some metal blues not so for jazz or high end funk great for classic rock zep cream etc

Reliability : 10
never had trouble with peavey gear-where it lacks in sound quality-it makes up for it in reliability in spades!

Customer Support : No Opinion

not sure what year it was made in. my guess would be the 80's. its got 2 18" black widows and 2 10" i dunno if they are black widows or just regular. it handles 400w and its got wheels. keep in mind this thing is about 4.5 feet tall and between 2 and 4 feet wide. massive speakers mean everything is in one convenient yet gigantic cabinet.

Sound Quality : 9
im using a peavey mark lll made in 1979 to push this thing. though the amp only has 150w, the cab pushes it through all the speakers to make it sound more like 250 or 300. the 18" bw's produce thumping lows with my B-string and the tens make my highs sing. i like to use a high tone with lots of treble kind of like green day but this can also do jazzy tones. im playing with a squier p-bass special V and it can get noisy but thats beside the point. it can repoduce jazz sounds okee, punk sounds better, and metal and hardcore bass very nice.

Reliability : 8
its doing pretty well seeing as how we crammed it into an oldsmobile and a neon. this thing can last pretty long i hope. its built pretty solidly too.

never had to deal

this is an ideal cab for me. ive been playing a little longer than a year and i needed something to get me more oomph at the larger than small shows. this cab does just that. the only problem i have with it is the weight. they use a very dense wood which is better for the sound than plywood but its just so freaking huge. still this is a very good amp and for those with a truck it is a must buy if you can find one.

Bi-ampable or full-range inputs - basically like having a 2x10 and a 2x18 in one cabinet. This thing is a beast and is probably better suited for heavier rock-type music than for lighter styles.

Sound Quality : 9
All the low end you could ever need with 2 18" black widows. 2 10's on the top give it a nice punch. With a powerful amp, this thing makes the walls shake. The 10's provide nice definition. I play speed/death metal and I would say that it compliments our style well.

Reliability : 10
very sturdy, no problems

Quite a unique configuration - only drawback is that it is humongous -probably a bit heavier than an 8x10 cab, which is what I played through before this. The wheels and handles actually make it pretty portable, though.
