Well, the one thing I can say for this amp is that, as a bass amp, it is feature-rich. 2 inputs (not so common, any more,) pre-gain, Limiter/Threshold*, bright switch*, Level, 3-band eq, effects loop, phone out, line out, foot switch and speaker out. I don't think I have EVER seen all those features on a BASS amp before- guitar amps, for sure, but rare to the point of this being the only one on a bass amp. In fact, I don't think this is "really" a bass amp- I think it's a 25C that MAYBE has a bass speaker in it.

But beyond all that STUFF, this thing went from near-useless to totally useless. Near useless, because it sounded horrible. Buzz, buzz, buzz. Amazingly limited tones, for so much stuff. NOISY vol. control, and when I, a fairly competent tech, took it apart to clean that up, one of the other pots CAME APART when I tried to pull the knob off. Took me about hald an hour to put it back together, and then the damn thing won't do ANYTHING now. Yeah, I no doubt pulled a wire loose or something- but the thing is, this thing sounded so poor, and has ALREADY taken too much of my time- I would rather use it as an aircraft wheel chock than put any more time into making it sound like crap again. Sometimes, silence really IS better.

* These features don't do a THING- NO change when you mess around with them, none at ALL.

Sound Quality : 2
I will rate it for when it DID make sound. POOR. Would have given it a "!- I can't stand the sounds," but now that it does not make any sound, I find I like it better- so it gets a "2" just because it's not hurting my ears any longer.

Reliability : 1
Ho, ho, HOOOOO! You already know what I am going to rate it...

Customer Support : 1
They don't exist as a company any more. Smart people- too much of a chance someone would hunt them down...

Overall Rating : 1
Not COMPLETELY worthless- the cab and 12-inch speaker has been an upgrade for a little Peavey bass amp that has a laughably small 6-inch speaker.
