Features : 9
Roland KC-150 used in conjunction with KCW-1 subwoofer. Please consult the Roland website for this information. It has enough features for me.

Sound Quality : 10
I play alternatively or together, an Ashbory bass (www.largesound.com), acoustic-electric guitar, p-bass copy, and partscaster guitar. I use various effects units to get the sounds for the different instruments right. This is a full-range setup, especially with the sub, so some eq and compression/limiting is needed before input. I usually defeat the master volume (turned to 10) and use the individual channel volumes and volumes on the instruments to balance. Works like a charm. It puts out exactly what you put in. Nothing more or less. I would use this at any size gig. Just use one of the many outputs to the board and this as a monitor.
The reason I am posting this here is so other bassist/multi-instrumentalists can see that it is useful for all instrument applications.

Reliability : 9
I have never had a problem, but entropy is the way of life and as the man said, "things fall apart." Speakers and transistors can be replaced often resulting in an improvement.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Been playing a long time. Still learning what works and sounds good. I would buy this again. It was the only system designed with a sub in mind and I have used and liked Roland equipment in the past. Would have liked the KC-150 to have a three-way design, in addition to the sub. This works and is very versitile. It will be a long time before I out grow it, if ever.
