Made in 2009. 55lbs. Handles 1000W @ 4 OHMS.
This cab has all I need as a bass player. 2 10's and a 12' handles the low end and then some and an adjustable tweeter provides all the treble you need or none at all, just shut it off if you don't like that sound! I play rock, hip hop and funk music but I think it would work in any situation. The neo magnets make it light as hell and the rhino liner coating is far better than the traditional carpet.

This cab sounds amazing! You will not believe how loud this little box can get without distorting. I use a G&L L1505 through an Ampeg SVT4 and I've pushed the amp pretty hard and the cab can take it.

Only about 20 gigs with it so far but I think it will make the long haul.

If I could put an 11 down for customer support, I would. I went through hell trying to buy this cab at first. The big music store chain ( I won't mention the name) sent one that was badly damaged. After going through the ringer trying to get my money back, I decided to try contacting this Schroeder company directly. Jorg Schroeder himself answered and he is the nicest guy! He listened to my sob story and got to work on a new one for me right away. Nothing beats speaking to the man himself!

With the sound, the quality construction, and the best customer support I've ever had, I would recommend this product to any bass player. Can't wait to buy my next cab from him.

This is a follow up report on the superb customer service from Jorg Schroeder himself!!! Wow!!!! I called to ask a simple question and the owner himself takes the call. Does it get any better than that?

This is just a follow-up on my review. The cab is as strong as ever and I love it more and more each and very time I play it. I kind of feel like Alexander the Great after he conquered the known world. I have no more equipment challenges, no more searching for that perfect bass cabinet. I'm using an Alissandro Basset Hound for a head.

This cab gets used at least once a week. I play without a D.I. and fill up a good sized club. It lives in my van when not in use and it does get cold in Ohio during the winter and hot during the summer.

I use this cab to fill a 200 seat club without using a DI to the board. I'm using a 60 watt tube head at about half way on the volume knob. Bass, mid and treble at about 12:00 also.

I play Classic Rock, Blues, everything from AC/DC to ZZ Top. The sound is outstanding and loud without being over the top of everything else.

Before I purchased the cab I called the company for some info and Jorg Schroeder answered the phone. Very friendly, informative and down to earth. He addressed every question I had and totally impressed me as a top notch guy.

I've been playing since the late 60's and this cab ranks up there with the best of them. My favorite was the Ampeg 8x10 but this cab does the same thing without the obvious size/weight problem. I really liked the horn attenuator. It really works. I try to be as critical as I can when reviewing products for submission but frankly, I can't find a thing to complain about. If you have a chance to pick one of these things up...do it.

For be the best feature is being able to adjust the tweeter, or shut it off, for my playing the tweeter always gets in the way.

I love this speaker for playing live, it has a loud sweet sound when used with my Aguilar Db750. The one thing I have found it is not a good bedroom speaker. What I mean by that, this speaker does exactly what it was designed for, cutting through the mix, playing loud sounding wonderful with a group and live situations. But it is a
bit edgy sounding just for prcticing at low volumes. It seams to me the louder it gets, or the louder you need it the more this cab comes alive. With that in mind, this is a wonderful speaker. Because of the design of this speaker you actually have different options on how to place this speaker. I use it on its side with the twelve on top most of the time, depending on the room, this can help if you want a bit less bomminess or more bass so if you get this have fun experimenting.

I did have some questions when I first purchased this speaker and the owner of the company was the one who spoke with me and gave me some advice, he runs the same Aggie as I do with this speaker, a match made in heaven.

I have been playing about 25 years and for me to get the sound I want I use a bit of compression and an aggie outboard preamp. Might sound funny using a pre with the db750 but it works for me. If something happened to it I would get another Schroeder cab, depending on what jobs I was doing at the time I might get another one of these, or a bigger or smaller one but I like the size to sound ratio. It is a bit heavy for the size but still better than hauling around a 6 x 10 cab which would be neede to replace this.

built like a tank. Light enough and small enough to toss in the back seat of my car. More than enough punch to play large venues.

I play blues, classic rock, funk, and fusion...this cab is very musical and does all of them well. I'm using a Ken Smith Proto-J 5 string, and this cab projects every thing from a low B to my top end, and does them all extremely well.

I've played 30 years...using this cab with an Ampeg SVPCL, Ampeg SVP1600, and Aphex 204. If something happened to this cab, I'd weep - and then I'd buy another one. This is the most powerful cab I've used (except MAYBE an Ampeg 8x10...and that's a tossup). It's much easier to move than a huge cab. I've played Eden's, Bergs, and Bag Ends and this cab blew all them away. I don't plan on ever buying another cab (except for possibly a Schroeder 4x10)

I purchased this cabinet 2 months ago and wanted to wait a while before submitting a review. I've been using it now on all recent gigs and rehearsals. 2 front fired 10" woofers with an angled 12" woofer and horn, 1200 Watts @ 4 ohm. This cabinet does it all, from funk, rock, blues, the response is awesome and very even.

Very, very versatile. I had always problems hearing myself on stage, the first time I used it during rehearsal my band mates were surprised how well they are now able to hear me. Even the sound guy at one of the clubs we played loved it.

One of the most sturdy constructions I've ever come across, I definitely won't need a backup; compact, light weight for its size and it fits in my trunk.

Jorg is a real pro, my cab arrived with a bent front grill, within days I had a replacement. Schroeder cabinets give a 10 year limited warranty to the original owner, I don't even think I'll ever need it, that's how confident I am. I highly recommend this cabinet to every serious bassist. It is more affordable than a lot of other brands and it is at least in the same class as some boutique brands that cost almost twice as much.

Playing all kinds of styles for almost 17 years. I normally switched gear every year or every 18 months, but I will definitely hold on to my Schroeder.

brand spanking new cabinet with two 10" front installed woofers and one 12" anged woofer, titanium horn, 1200 Watts RMS @ 4 ohm. All other details, see my previous 12/10 and 4x10 review.

This cabinet is something I still have to appreciate. If you want a compact power package that sounds like an 18" cab with super crips mids and highs, that's the way to go. I still can't believe how you can get such a HUGE sound out of this little thing.

Again, as mentioned about the 12/10 and the 410, this cabinet is unbelievable. I am using different cabinets for different setups. One stack goes with my touring artist, the other 2 cabs stay with me for various other projects. It is for me still unbelievable that such a small cabinet can sound better and louder than a full stack. Jorg ist doing a huge favor to every bass enthusiast out there.
