Features : 9
The head has all the features you need: Active EQ, Compressor, XLR out, Effects loop, Pre Shape, and a line out. Simple and easy to use.

Sound Quality : 10
Clean, loud, and juicy. Paired with a GK 4x10, this this shakes the glasses off the bar. I play hard rock with alternate tunings, and this amp can handle anything. Very quiet. I'm using an ESP 5 string with EMG pickups.

Reliability : 10
40 gigs later, this amp hasn't let me down.

Excellent value, user friendly, thick and juicy sound, light, bulletproof design, and eye catching colors make this a great amp for everyone from professionals to garage bands.

Not sure what year the amp was made in. The amp is very good for the styles of music I play, mostly rock and pop. The amp sounds like it has more power that it states, very loud! I like the eq on it as well as the volume feature separate from the gain.

Sound Quality : 9
I play a fretless, an 8 string and an active bass. It suits my music style well. It's not noisy at all. The amp can do it all really, sometimes it's not punchy enough for me, but it's plenty loud.

Reliability : 4
Reliability is the one problem I have with this one, I can't really depend on it. When I first got it, the illumination on the face went out. I didn't get it fixed because it wasn't really needed and I play out a lot so I couldn't afford it being in the shop. I've had it serviced twice in about 6 months because it broke down. The power amp went on it, now something else went wrong, haven't taken it back in yet. Very disappointing. I have been kind of rough on it, I guess it can't take a beating like a Hartke.

Customer Support : 5
The company was quick with emails, other than that I really haven't dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 6
I've been playing for 9 years. I own a Hartke 10"x4 Transporter and a Hartke HA-4000. The Hartke amp has had some problems, but not the cab. I would absolutely buy something else if I had the dough. I love how loud it gets, how light and compact it is, as well as the tone on it. I hate that I can't rely on it at all.
